1988 Honda CRX HF MPG High Fuel Gas Sipper, Lots Of New Parts, 218K Miles

Up for bids is the 1988 Honda CRX HF.  218k miles on the car and transmission. only 77k miles on the engine.  Newer timing belt and water pump.  Newer clutch (has a slight chatter when using 1st or reverse gears).  New brakes front and rear. new front brake hoses.  New radiator and coolant.  Fresh oil and filter.  Fresh transmission oil.  Just replaced the axle seals.  New PCV valve.  A lot of work and new parts went into this car.
The body is fair for it being 26 years old.  Has the typical rear quarter wheel well rust.  Drriver's fender is damaged.  Previous owner painted it with a brush. so you are going to see sags. runs and drips as well as brush marks.  I do not know what color it is.  
Windshield is cracked. but its fairly high up so its not so obvious.  
When I got the car. the struts on it were blown out.  I sourced a used set. but it was for a 89-91 CRX.  The 88s use a different rear lower control arm than the 89-91. so I had to switch out the rear lower control arms.  I was only able to replace the left rear lower thus far. the right rear still needs to be replaced.  This is because the right rear lower control arm has a bad bushing in it (rusted bolt stuck in it).  The car will come with the right rear lower control arm and the replacement strut I have for it.  
As for the interior. its not perfect.  The previous owner replaced the seats with 90-93 Integra units.  They were not a direct fit so modifications were made to the seat on the driver side to make it fit.  The passenger seat was less modified. but a hole was drilled through the floor board in order to mount it.  The interior is blue.  The speakers are aftermarket units as well as the radio.  The heater controls function. but are cracked (very common).  
The ignition switch is finicky. as you need to push the key in once you turn it to the start position.  I do have a used ignition switch that will be provided with the car.
There is a slight oil leak somewhere. which shouldn't be surprising for a car of this age.  
This is about all the known issues that I am aware of for this vehicle.  This car is located near Madison WI.  This car is being sold as is where is without any warranty or guarantee except that it runs and drives at time of sale.  Mileage may go up slightly from driving it around or moving it around in my driveway.  
The title is free and clear and is a Maryland title. which is still in the previous owner's name.  He has signed it as seller.
