From basic Google search. I read that this particular model shares similar frame as the C10.  
This is a diamond in the rough because it's GVW is 7500 lbs. and this is an aluminum chassis.  That means it has great recycling potential where aluminum ranges between . 50 cents to . 80 cents per pound.  Steel goes between . 07 cents to . 15 cents per pound.  You really can't go wrong if your thinking of restoring it or using it for parts. if you get bored and want money. just recycle it!  You can get up to $4500 depending on the market for this truck.  Check out your local recycler.  
Now. as far as getting this to run on it's preexisting situation. well the cylinder head was removed and status is unknown.  It's a 6 cylinder automatic.    It also has fairly nice sets of 8 bolt steel wheels.  Great for a motor swap. or maybe biodiesel to run WVO (waste vegetable oil)  Possibilities are endless right?!
Vehicle has been sitting for a number of years.  VIN is good. and there are no back registration on this truck.  If you need title. I can obtain it. but it's an additional $150. in which I will lien the vehicle and obtain title for California.  Please do not purchase this for the purpose of title washing. that is illegal. and frowned upon.
I've included photos of similar ones that were modded out. they are not of the actual vehicle.  You know it when you see them.
