Here is my MGB GT built in September 1973 and has chrome bumpers. It is the overdrive model. It is what I would regard as an older restored example that has Flame Red coachwork with new Black/Red piped vinyl interior trim. The car has a full length Webasto Britax sunroof and GB alloy wheels. A modern central locking system has been installed and is very useful. There is a small history file with old mot's etc and also a British Motor Heritage dating letter confirming build date of September 1973 so enjoys tax free status. There is an mot till February 2015 and road tax until April 2015. It is a nice drive indeed.
