Built in March in 1974 this car was despatched to British Leyland New York on 17th April 1974. Brought back to the UK in the late eighties it underwent restoration and conversion to RHD but unfortunately the bills have gone missing. The Heritage Certificate confirms that it is an original LHD roadster with matching numbers and that it left the factory in its current colour combination of British Racing Green with Cinnamon trim.
The car had been stored in a garage for 6 years when we acquired it and it has now been recommissioned. The odometer shows a reading of 23047 miles which may not be correct but the car certainly looks like it has not covered many miles since the restoration. The paintwork is excellent. everything else is very good and this is a great opportunity to buy an older restoration at a sensible price.
