Sale price: $500.00 make an offer

Seller's notes: "I have almost every part needed to put this car back to original condition except it is missing the front bumper, grill, and gas cap, and seats. Windshield is clean with no cracks scratches or chips in it, motor is complete and will run with a little maintenance work.Manual trans seems to go into every gear with ease but I'm sure it may need a clutch, brakes will need gone through and right front brake caliper is frozen. Body is very clean with zero rust holes and only minor dings and some small spots of surface rust, again an easy resto job. It will need new floor pans which cost less than $200 to buy exact fit replacements and you will need to get 2 seats for it(either factory replacements or a pair of low back buckets. Tires are junk and flat that are on it but it will come with 5 or 6 tires that are in like new condition with great tread. Also have a trunk full of parts that go with it and I even have the original lexan sliding side windows that go in when the top is up plus more!"

Up for sale is my 1964 Austin Healey Sprite MKII Convertible. This will be an easy restoration project or a great Father/Son project. These cars are becoming more rare to get a hold of and especially in as good of condition as mine. The body has very minimal work that needs done to it. a little grinding and sanding and some spot glazing to fix small dings and small area's of surface rust that are just now starting to get raised. The interior will need the most attention as it will need new floor pans installed but I found a guy from Westland Michigan that stamps out brand new floor pans for a hundred bucks per side(2 needed). You will also need to acquire seats as someone stole the original ones from me. The dash has all the original gauges in it and they all seem to be functional and are in great shape(none of the glass lenses are cracked or broken). I do NOT have a title for it but it will come with a Notarized Bill Of Sale and you can take that and have a title made from that. I acquired the car about 6 years ago with intentions of restoring it and converting it into a Ford 289 V8 Powered car backed by a manual 5 speed Trans( T5 trans from a Mustang). I got the car from a nice little old lady. it belonged to her husband who bought it in the mid 70's and he started restoring it and had the motor pulled out and rebuilt in 1982 and then it was put back into the car in 1983 and he got the break in mileage on it and changed the oil and adjusted the valves and he then put roughly 35 miles on it. Soon after he suffered a massive stroke leaving him paralyzed on his entire right side and unable to work on the car so it sat covered up in their garage from 1983 until 1994 when he gained partial use of his right side back so he started back working on it then soon after suffered yet another massive stroke that left him completely disabled mentally and physically so it sat in their garage again untouched until I purchased it in 2008 from his wife. It sat in storage in my garage from 2008 until May of this year when I had to give up the shop where I had it stored and it now sets in my driveway covered. Motor is not tied up and rotates freely as it should and it is missing nothing. it has the dual carb set up. I'm sure it will run with changing fluids and going through and checking wiring etc. Buyer is responsible for pick up. I WILL NOT SHIP OR ARRANGE SHIPPING. YOU BUY IT AND COME WITH A TRAILER TO PICK IT UP. Payment for winning bid needs to be secured with a $500 payment Via PayPal and remaining balance is due within 5 days after the end of auction by Certified Bank Check or CASH. This is a no reserve auction and highest bid will be the new proud owner of this car. US buyers only!
