Description

This vintage beauty has historical significance. It used to be a police car from Rochester. Everything is original and even comes with extra spare original parts ( see pictures) such as: Police ram. Jack. Spare Hub Caps. Tire. Extra Gas Tank and more.   This car only has 49. 33 Miles. It comes with the ORIGINAL ROCKET MOTOR.

This has been stored in a heated garage since 1969. It was last registered then as well.    It is not missing anything.   The power windows do not work and the carburetor needs refurbishing. It also has some surface rust. No Air conditioning.

There is no rust on the undercarriage. No rust on the floor Boards. The floor boards are very solid. Power Windows do not work. otherwise it runs very well.    There are no leaks. It was last registered in 1969. Very restorable or can be used as is.    No squeaks in doors. hood or trunk. All OriginalVery Clean for it's age.

  This car is being sold as is but will have the standard New York State Lemon Law Warranty.

 

Shipping  and pick up:  

613 does not provide shipping out of state. We recommend using Ushipit. com or a similar company  to have your vehicle shipped to you out of state.     We will arrange a delivery within 100 Miles of the dealership for a fee. This will depend on Your location. Vehicle pickup dates will vary due to the volume of cars sold and going out. We do our best to get your car as soon as possible. From the end of the auction expect an average of 3 days wait before your car will be available for pickup.  All Vehicles are inspected and serviced through our shop prior to delivery or customer pickup.

Warranty:

All vehicles are included with full New York State lemon law warranty.

Payment :  

We require a $500 deposit via paypal within 24 hours of the closing of the listing.   The remainder to be payed within 7 days of the close of the auction.    if you have zero feedback please email first or we will cancel your bid. If you do not pay the remainder within 14 days. the deposit is non refundable.

Financing:

Vehicle Financing is available but not at ebay prices.   We can only finance at Retail Pricing.

New York State Fees:

All Applicable New York State Taxes and Registration Fees will be added and calculated to the sale price.

Out of State Fees:

All out of state or out of country sales tax will  get charged sales tax by 613 Automotive. Buyer is responsible for paying  taxes at your local DMV.

Original Patina. Original Rocket Motor. It's not missing anything. The carburetor needs refurbishing. It does run.   In excellent condition for it's age. Does have some rust. Call to come see.   This is sold as is.

All New York State Residents will be subject to NYS Fees which include tax. title and licensing.    Before picking up your car. you will have to have paid the entire balance of the car plus all fees. Fees will vary based on vehicle but  The breakdown of the fees are:

Paperwork Fee $75NYS State Inspection Fee $21New Plates  average $200Transfer of Plates average $125Sales Tax depends on price of vehicle and county in which customer lives in.  

Out of State Fees:

There is one fee for out of state customers which is a DMV Title Transfer fee of $100Customers who want to drive their car to another state. NYS does provide in transtit tags. The requirements for this are that the customer has to have insurance on the vehicle.   They will need to then go to the DMV that day and register the vehicle for in transit tags and this costs $28. This form is available immediately and then the customer can drive the car to their state on that day.
