With great reluctance we are listing our beloved Chevy Astro. I have been avoiding writing this listing and even as I type I'm still tempted not to!

This van is brilliant. a joy to drive and even more heavenly to hear as it rumbles along. With the lpg conversion we always returned a decent mileage from her. you are looking at £20/100 miles which is about the same as I used to pay in diesel for my old Transit.

An Astro is one of the most distinctive vehicles I've ever known. they turn heads everywhere and add a lot of luxury to camping trips. The ride is smooth for an American vehicle and the captain's seats are so comfortable.

The handling and acceleration are responsive. especially for something so big. T5 owners are usually left looking on from a standing start and you will roar your way to 70 ;) in no time on the motorway.

Whilst no spring chicken she is in good condition for the age and shows only a few signs of wear.  Most of which would be easy to sort but alas I have just been too busy.
I have just had a service. MOT and full once over carried out on her. An automotive lpg engineer has serviced the gas side of things so she has a clean bill of health all round.

I have priced the van to sell as sadly we need to get it moved on to a new home as we are doing the same.
