Mini Clubman Estate 1380 Morspeed 105 BHP

I purchased this amazing car earlier in the year to use for my business as I need to get parts around town. The business has since taken off and i've had to purchase a small van (boo!!) to get myself and colleagues around. Therefore this beast has to move on. I've owned a few Mini's over the years and this is by far the best drive. handling one yet.
It has a 1380 Morspeed engine track day/fast road engine with a high cam in. rolling road printout showing 104. 5 Bhp @ 6240rpm with 83 lbf-ft torque @ 5690rpm from 17th January this year. It also has a race spec fuel pump. adjustable suspension. brand new 3" Mini play exhaust. 13" wheels with new yoko tyres. The interior is a Cobra Le Manns reclining bucket seats finished with matching orange piping. It went through a full bare metal restoration a couple of years ago and there is a full wallet with every receipt documenting the project including a CD of pictures. Bodywork is great with no rust etc.
It has an Alpine head unit and rear speakers but with an engine like this why would you really bother turning it on.
It's also had a recent new clutch and flywheel as well as gasket change and head skim. The latter two items were carried out by minispeed under my ownership and I have the receipts for this work. The rest of the work was carried out prior to my ownership. The car is MOT'd until October 2014 and taxed until the end of June.
