A very rare opportunity to acquire an even rarer vehicle! A Reliant Regal Supervan. otherwise known as a Delboy Van or Trotter Van!

This is in fact the 21E Supervan III. the most luxurious model when new!

Over a FULL YEARS MOT. having literally just passed. it is now MOT'd until 31/05/2015

Taxed until 31/05/2014 (it is FREE any way)

Lots of recent work carried. including:-

- Full new break system - lines. flexi hoses. pistons. master cylinder. shoes etc.

- Halogen headlight conversion. no more dim sealed units!

- Replacement engine. now fitted with the much more desirable 850cc (including new mounts etc)

- Replacement CARB and upgraded air filter.

- Recent 'tune up'. including points and distributor.

- Windscreen washer jets upgraded to electrical ones (not the inferior 'pump action' original ones)

- Recent battery change.

- All new bulbs etc.

This vehicle is ready for some serious fun or to start earning some easy money!

Mechanically it is excellent. having had a recent full overhaul.

It boasts the full 'Trotters' livery. together with a vintage roof rack and of course a blow up doll! The sign writing has been professionally done by hand and is very authentic. not the cheap looking vinyl stickers more commonly seen.

Most importantly. it had the factory fitted rear seats from new and still retains the original plywood seat backing panel - although it does require seat cushions as the original foam ones have long since gone.

A couple of minor things to note - the drivers seat cushion has given way and would benefit from replacement supports or a new seat and the drivers door window winder mechanism is defective.

It would also benefit from a carpet set being fitted. however this and the minor points above are entirely up to the new owner and they do not detract from what is a very good example - they are also very cheap and easy jobs. allowing the new keeper to make their 'mark'. so no silly offers! This is already very keenly priced compared to others!

Likewise. I know a bit about these vehicles - and what they are worth! Please no silly offers (we have all seen recent ones fetching between £6000 - £7000!). this is not a desperate sale and I will not be giving it away. swapping it for your Nissan Micra. or sending it to Nigeria for a dodgy money transfer!

I am only selling as I could do with the space - this is one of my spare vehicles. (in case if 'issues' with my main one) but I have never had use it and this is far to good to be a 'spare'! I am downsizing my collection. but as previously stated I am not desperate to sell. With their value increasing year on year. I am just as happy to hold on (if I can arrange more space!).
