For Sale. 1990 Rover Mini Mayfair. 998cc. Red with a black roof.

I have owned my Mini for about 4 years and have enjoyed every minute. The car was bought for taking to Mini shows and for enjoying on sunny days. The car has been in the rain only 3 or 4 times in 4 years! Garaged year round.


Resprayed by the previous owner (see pics) and lovingly tinkered with by me. this car is a really nice example.

Mini 30 half leather interior

I have upgraded the following:

6” x 12” Superlight wheels. absolutely no kerbing and tyres are practically new
Wood and Pickett arches
Adjustable front suspension lower arms and tie rods
Mini Sport Sure Stop Brake Kit
Mini Sport Stage 1 kit (set up by SLARK)

Plus I have replaced the headlights. bushes. front wheel bearings. track rod ends etc as and when they needed doing. I have serviced the car annually and have just changed the oil/filter. spark plugs and fan belt.

I can't think of anything that needs to be done to this car except for the sun roof that can drip when you wash it – so I suspect the seal could do with replacing – however as it very very rarely goes out in the rain I haven't changed it.

Tax until end of September. MOT until 20 July 2014. No advisories were given and only a couple of hundred miles since the last MOT.
