Regretfully up for sale is my 1958 Pontiac NO REASONABLE OFFERS REFUSED AS IT MUST SELL
1958 Australian build RHD Pontiac Strato Chief. Holden Badged. Fischer Bodied In AWESOME Condition. Chev Blue Flame Engine and Turbo 350 Auto. Registered in NSW until August. currently insured with Shanons for 35K. Was used as a Wedding/Hire car by me and the previous owner in the past and was very popular. Still have the accreditation in NSW for that usage (See Pics)
DEAD STRAIGHT body. Painted in a bright red with white insert back to bare metal with all rust removed 3 years ago and has NO rust at all. Paint is in Top Condition and the car looks great.
Interior is also in Fantastic Condition and suits the car to a tee Bench Seats front and rear so seats 6 people really comfortably!
Stainless and Chrome trim/bumpers etc all in really good bright condition. the car is a real head turner and gets attention wherever it goes. looks AWESOME!
Mechanically. she starts. runs and drives. though there is an exhaust leak and the big end bearings really need replacing! Whitewalls are a bit discoloured and could do with having new inserts put on but still look ok. Will also need a new battery. I do have another engine that could be used to replace this one also for sale.
Car has been in storage for 3 years and is just not getting the use it deserves so sadly I have decided to sell it. Please remember that whilst i pretty amazing condition. the car is 56 years old and does have its flaws.
