Triumph GT6 MKII

• 1968 Triumph GT6 MK2. 2. 0 litre. in Jaguar (old english) White.
• Rare and limited edition as only a few hundred were made with the sunroof.
• In-line straight 6. 2ltr engine. 5 gear transmission (Overdrive on the steering wheel).
• TAX EXEMPT ! Vehicle is of historic importance.
• MOT until May-15
• 2 x Stromberg Carburettors recently reconditioned and tuned. She sounds absolutely amazing with her original twin pipe exhausts.
• Wolf Race Alloy Wheels – tyres are like new.
• Recent overhaul of gear box and differential. so she is in perfect running order.

The most important thing with these cars is rust/condition of chassis. Her chassis is in tip top condition and has been treated and completely sealed with anticorrosion sealant.
Recent new distributor overhaul.
I have spent literally £ thousands on her over the years and have receipts to prove. She has been loved and cared for and has been my pride and joy. Relocation forces reluctant sale.
As you would expect. being 44 years old (young). there are some areas on the bodywork that may need attention. but if you keep her garaged won't be an issue. The important thing is she is mechanically sound and her underneath is rust free.

Recent work. exceeding £2k includes:  New sump gasket. timing chain gasket. fuel pump gasket. engine end plate. new crankshaft oil seal. oil and filter change. new water pump and gasket. new 4-year warranty battery. wheel bearing adjustment. brake fluid change. new HT leads. distributor refurbished and rebuilt with electronic ignition pack. stripped and rebuilt carburettors. full fuel tune. MOT test
