Alpine A106
Model Alpine A106 was the first in the line of light with a body made of fiberglasa rear wheel drive dvuhdvernyh compartment, produced by Renault to your dealer and the founder of the brand Alpine Jean Redle. The basis for the model served as the mechanical components of Renault 4CV.
Engineers have been inspired by several sports prototypes Renault 4CV, and this led to the creation of new original models.
In 1955 the first three car Alpine A106 red, white and blue flowers were presented to the Director General of the company Renault Pierre Dreyfus, and in 1957 model was presented to a wide audience at the Paris motor show.
Cars Alpine A106 were equipped with the same engine capacity of 747 CC., but with the different output from 21 to 43 horsepower.
Year of release: 1955-1961.
Body type: coupe, cabriolet.
In the car were the engines volume of 750 cubes with a 3 - or 5-speed manual transmission.
